The Luxury Leap Coaching Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Crystal Leffel Photography LLC and the participant upon enrollment in The Luxury Leap, a 12-week group coaching program.

1. Program Overview

The Luxury Leap is a 12-week group coaching experience designed for wedding photographers who are ready to elevate into the luxury market, create consistent high-value bookings, and build a profitable, sustainable business.

The program includes:

Bi-weekly group coaching calls (6 total) held via Zoom or another virtual platform.

Private Slack community for ongoing feedback, questions, and accountability between calls.

Program resources and templates, including pricing tools, proposal examples, and workflows.

2. Program Duration and Schedule

The Luxury Leap runs from January 19th-April 10th
Group call dates and times will be shared within the program Slack channel and may be subject to minor adjustments with reasonable notice. Call replays will be made available for participants who cannot attend live.

3. Payment Terms

The total investment for The Luxury Leap is as listed

Through an approved payment plan as outlined at checkout.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Client understands that this is a commitment to a 12-week container and is responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments, regardless of participation level. Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access to calls, Slack, or program materials.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because this program involves live group coaching, digital content, and community access, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
If the Client chooses to withdraw or is removed for cause (see Section 6), all remaining payments remain due.

5. Confidentiality

Client agrees to maintain the privacy of all participants. Information, conversations, and materials shared within The Luxury Leap (via Zoom, Slack, or other platforms) are strictly confidential and may not be shared, recorded, or distributed without express permission from Coach.

6. Participation and Conduct

Client acknowledges that The Luxury Leap is a group coaching experience, not therapy or individualized consulting. Results are not guaranteed and depend on Client’s implementation and effort.
Client agrees to participate respectfully in all group settings. Coach reserves the right to remove any Client from the program, without refund, for disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, and templates provided within The Luxury Leap are the intellectual property of Crystal Leffel Photography LLC. These may not be copied, distributed, or shared outside of the program. Client is granted personal, non-transferable access for individual use only.

8. Communication Boundaries

Program communication will occur within the Slack group and during live calls.
Coach will respond to Slack messages within 48 business hours during regular office hours. Direct messages or emails outside official channels may not receive responses.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific financial or business outcomes. By enrolling, Client acknowledges they are solely responsible for implementing strategies and making business decisions.
Client releases and holds harmless Crystal LaFelle Photography LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the program.

10. Agreement and Acceptance

By completing enrollment and submitting payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement. Enrollment constitutes a binding legal agreement between Client and Crystal Lefel Photography LLC.
